NEW Competition and Consumer Regulations Act of Jan 1st 2012
Linkware Australia are aware of the new Regulations relating to the above Act. Our goods come with guarantee that cannot be excluded under the New Competition & Consumer Regulations of Jan1 2012. Hence the warranty/guarantee of our products has been superseded and are fully covered to the extent of Australian Consumer Law.
We will be updating our website in early January 2012 to accommodate these changes and to comply in full with the requirements of the Act.
